 On ms-options.php we should validate the name of the dashboard site more.

 At the moment I can add sth like ''foo--bar'' which I can't add on ''add
 site'', see [http://core.trac.wordpress.org/browser/trunk/wp-admin/ms-
 edit.php#L142 ms-edit.php line 142].
