 Frumph -- You are correct, and multiple people completely missed the point
 of what you were saying.

 However it can also be fixed (I believe) by going to options.php from the
 admin and changing it there.  (options.php isn't on the menu, it's a
 hidden page for devs only -- just type it in, e.g. "/wp-
 admin/options.php")

 If it's grayed out there that's definitely a bug!
