Comment:

 It’s because of Lucida Sans Unicode, I think.  Lucida Sans Unicode is not
 used anymore in the admin since v. 2.7, but there are still a couple of
 instances around.

 The attached patch fixes the issue for me.

 Tested with Firefox for Windows, Vietnamese locale.
