Comment:

 Looks really good.

 The only change I think I would make is to change the behaviour of
 {{{$replacement}}} to be a short message where appropriate rather than a
 function name or "array".

 In most cases there is no message.

 In cases like {{{wp_clear_scheduled_hook()}}} we can probably put a short
 string which explains the change.

 e.g.

 "This argument has changed to an array() so as to match with the behaviour
 of all the other cron functions."
