 Should have read:
  - Adds query args where missing to allow for standardized messages after
 an action.

 Third patch also converts the "No" cancel button from an <input
 type="button"> with an onclick JavaScript location redirect, to <a
 class="button"> with an href. Cause that was just driving me crazy.
