#8005: Add a plugin to top-level menu, doesn't fit to new style

All plugins which added a top-level menu element, didn't get the nice
 border class "menu-top-single" or "menu-top-first / menu-top-last".
Attached I added two plugins as a example (toplevel_plugin_menu.png).

There could be two solutions :

 a) adding to all top-level plugins the class "menu-top-single" which is ok
 for one or two plugins[[BR]]
 b) adding two the first/last plugin the class "menu-top-first / menu-top-
 last"[[BR]]

Attached a very simple (dirty) first approach for solution a) (See
 toplevel_plugin_menu_with_border.png)
