 More bug fixes (mainly when threading is disabled) plus redirecting to the
 correct page after posting a comment.

 Should hopefully be bug free, but based on the above, who knows. The
 biggest problem is there's so many combinations of different options to
 test for (threading on/off, paging on/off, order per page) that it makes
 it easy for something to slip through.

 I'm fairly confident the code is good to go though.
