 Was thinking to add another light background color to show which comments
 have been edited (see #7929) similarly to the light green for posts/pages
 and which comments have been replied to. We may need some other indication
 too as it could get confusing what's edited, what has a reply and what
 needs moderation.

 Also maybe it's better to hide the Reply button for comments that need
 moderation (no point in replying to a comment that is not visible on the
 blog).
