 Check the Codex for

 Development] and [http://codex.wordpress.org/Version_2.7 version 2.7 info]
 as well as other version pages for changes. These pages should contain
 those changes that might trip people up and easily accessible than
 anything that would be put in !WordPress.

 There are plans to add help, what that pertains is unknown at this point,
 but it might help you out later.
