Changes (by DD32):

  * priority:  highest omg bbq => normal
  * severity:  critical => normal

Comment:

 The logout link on 2.7 is covered by a nonce now.

 If a plugin doesnt implement the functionality at present, It'll need to
 be updated to comply.

 It appears that themes will currently need to be fixed up to support the
 new logout link functions (which include the nonce).
