 That's fair.  I should have asked my question rather than bumping the
 topic.  Where do we stand on this?  I've been using the patch successfully
 for quite a while now, on a few different sites.  I think we're just
 waiting on the default theme to be updated to handle this?  If this is the
 case I'll update that and upload a patch.
