Comment:

 * If it is not needed, but it has to be present, it doesn't need to be
 i18n-ed: {{{'helps' => ''}}}
  * If it can me omitted, we can omit it :-)
  * If the idea was to let translators add a help message, but one is not
 needed in the English version, string description should be used:
 {{{'helps' => _c('|<helpful description of what the translators should put
 here>'),}}}
