 Currently if you have a page full of comments, some of which are approved
 and some aren't, there's no easy way to distinguish between the two.  *

 It'd be nice if the pending comments were visually distinguished from the
 approved comments, without having to hover over them.

 * Yes, I accept that I could go to the "Pending" view....
