 If I put a "1°" in my post title, the permalinks will contain "1%c2%b0"
 I think it should be stripped to "1"m without %c2%b0.

 It's a problem because google doesn't follows those links, according to
 google webmaster tools.

 I think it's not so difficult to strip down it, like it does with dollar
 signs and other special chars.
