 Sorry, but this is NOT host related. I have the same problem with German
 Umlauts on a dedicated server (Debian, PHP and mySQL all up-to-date). The
 first German Umlaut within the text of any page you want to update cuts
 everything behind it. I would suggest to use high priority for this bug.
