 Well, I think that could be done. After all, the more fonts it can fall
 back to the better. But, I don't think that addresses the issue of Lucida
 Grande. Adding DejaVu Sans to the list one place ahead of Bitstream Vera
 Sans still leaves Lucida Grande as the first in the list and Lucida Grande
 is the problem here, I think.
