 In the themes.php view, clicking an inactive theme preview leads to
 activating that theme.

 However, the Current theme preview is unclickable.

 I find that odd, I think clicking the current theme preview should go to
 the theme editor.

 So I've attached my stab at a patch that does just that. (Against 8785)
