 Administrators are users too :)

 How many administrators are going to feel the need to changet it?
 afterall, does it affect them negitivly? (I guess it does if they have
 lots of plugins, and are running on a very slow connection..)

 Every 5 minutes may seem rather often, hourly would do for me, But i dont
 see the need for an option on the admin for it.
