 In the Default Theme search.php, if you do a

 #!php
 <?php var_dump(is_page()); ?>
 }}}
 after
 {{{
 #!php
 <?php while (have_posts()) : the_post(); ?>
 }}}
 It always returns false even the results return is a page and not a post.
