 lloydbudd points out that if multiple feeds are listed and you click the
 "subscribe to feed" icon in Firefox, say, you have to pick which one you
 want, which is confusing.

 We could title one of them "{Blog title} feed" and the others "Atom",
 "RSS", etc. to try and make a choice for people.
