 wp_list_bookmarks('category_name=[nonexistent cat name]'); displays all
 links.  When categorize is true (the default) all links from every
 category are displayed in each category li.
 wp_list_bookmarks('category=[nonexistent cat ID]'); displays nothing which
 seems like the correct behavior.
