 That's looking good.  I don't know if we'll really need to be able to ask
 for all post taxonomies.  If we do, we can add something
 register_post_taxonomy() and get_post_taxonomies().  Plugins could add
 their particular post taxonomy to the list.  We can wait on that until we
 deem it really needed.

 I'm of the inclination to hold off on doing nest set categories until we
 get the other stuff done.  Doing both is a lot of change at once, and I
 don't want nested set to bog down taxonomy.  Requiring a particular
 storage engine might be a non-starter.
