 The admin pages allowing the user to choose colours and an image for the
 header were not i18ned.

 There was also a little bug, which prevented the normal usage of the non-
 js form. The patch is just a few characters, so I didn't want to dedicate
 another bug report. When setting the {{{kubrick_header_image}}} option, we
 should not use {{{&}}}, because it breaks the parsing later and the
 lower and upper colours weren't got correctly.
