 Added patch to make all the root feed files do redirects to the correct
 URLs (as given by bloginfo() calls).

 I still think the better course is to delete these files entirely from
 trunk. Let people fix their templates to not reference them at all. Still,
 if you really prefer to force 301's, this should work.
