#4590: Does XMLRPC need a wp_supportedPostAttributes method?

At this point (2.2.1) the additional wp_ enhancements to the MovableType
post structure are sort of implicitly supported by the advertisement of
the "WordPress" API in the RSD for the blog. But as time goes on (adding
wp_tags in 2.3?), it will be harder for clients to know which subset of
the wp_ enhancements is available on a given blog.

Would it make sense to add a data attribute equivalent of the
mt_supportedMethods call? I think this would really help clients in easily
determining which of the wp_ enhancements they can take advantage of.

I'm thinking that lack of support for the call will mean "the original set
of wp_ attributes is supported", and if the call is supported then
obviously it's exactly that set of attributes (it should include all the
 mt_attributes, too).
