 Certain items (including some of the DBX boxes) on the post edit screen
 lack an ID, which means they can't be targeted by CSS.

 I'll be writing patches for /trunk/ and /branches/2.0/, so consider this a
 double milestone:

 2.1 and 2.0.5

 I'll be releasing a plugin that will take advantages of these IDs and
 allow you to hide portions of the interface that you don't use.
