[wp-testers] WordPress 4.0 RC 1 Is Ready For Testing

Hi all,

Just a quick note for those who may not have heard yet that WordPress 4.0
RC 1 is ready for testing. Since this is beta software, it's not
recommended that you run this on a live site. Instead, consider setting up
a test site to play with this. If you find bugs, post them to the
alpha/beta forum. Here's a link to the announcement post with helpful
links inside.
