[wp-testers] Quick Drafts overflow

I've never coded a patch. I took a quick glance at the documentation for
submitting patches and it's more work than I want to do at the moment. I'd
appreciate your doing it, Aubrey.

The CSS I think needs to be added is the "overflow" line

#dashboard_quick_press .drafts li {

   1. margin-bottom: 1em;
   2. overflow: hidden;

}
