[wp-testers] HOw do I block 2 IP addresses for ROB WILSOn, NLP coaching?

IP blocking won't really work though. Most IP addresses are dynamic so the
person in question may have unlimited amounts of IP addresses and one of
your legit readers may fall on one of those IP addresses and be blocked.
