[wp-testers] Theme Options

@Carl, no worries, I am the same way, on top of the quite sick as well :)

@Dion, the install is an upgrade via WordPress Beta Tester plugin, this is a
testing environment with Theme Check, Debogger plugin and debug true, no
other plugins installed. I just checked the permissions and everything seems
to be in order. I must be missing something here. I also checked few other
random Themes using similar settings and no joy there either. Here is 2011
