[wp-testers] Wordpress 3.3 beta 1 and Contextual Help

ok now that we know what I meant enabling JavaScript in a browser, not Java
if no plugins are installed make sure that you are using default Theme while
checking this, sometimes Theme JS files are not enqueued properly and they
could be in conflict with widgets (drag+drop feature).
