[wp-testers] Wordpress 3.3 beta 1 and Contextual Help

... wordpress is going to require end users to run java? or is this a 
mistake?

@Sandow,

What you have is not a bug, your Java is not working properly and that's why
you can't move items. Make sure that Java is up to date and properly enabled
as well. I am using Chrome, Firefox, Safari, IE and Opera and they are no
such bugs in 3.2. http://www.java.com/en/download/index.jsp
