[wp-testers] 3.3 Admin Bar - what is the correct functionality?

Andrew,
Very nice. Thanks for the clarification. If that is the intent, everything
is working fine on my end. Thanks for that. Will plugins have custom access
to that area at some point? For example, to add a NextGen Gallery.
