[wp-testers] 3.3 Admin Bar - what is the correct functionality?

I have the same thing. No Appearance drop down menu up top.

online, the admin bar that shows up while in the dashboard does NOT contain
a way to access the Appearance menu. All I have, from l-r is:
- wordpress logo w/ wp links
- site title w/ visit site
- comments
- Add New (w/ post, media, link, page, user options)

- then over on the right i have the 'howdy, username'

Can anyone verify if I'm experiencing some sort of bug (or maybe an issue
with my setup), or if this is intended functionality?
