[wp-testers] WordPress 3.2 Release Candidate 1

Hi Everyone,
It's been about a month since 3.2 Beta 1 was released, so now RC1 is out!

I trust everyone has been testing the 2 beta's and have been happy?
So now would be a good time to finalise testing Themes and Plugins to ensure
compatibility.

It's worth noting that the PHP and MySQL requirements have been bumped for
3.2, and IE6 suppot has been droped for the WordPress Admin, see the above
