[wp-testers] Double emails on comment moderation

Yeah... forgot to mention that. I use two completely separate email
addresses, like info at blog.com; me at author.com

Don't want to change this, so there should be a way to turn this off.

Sounds like this would occur when it's two different email addresses heading
to the same inbox. It might even just be a case issue, such as
Test at example.com versus test at example.com.

I haven't seen this on any sites but will try to reproduce it.
