[wp-testers] Double emails on comment moderation

Hi there

 

I'm using WP 3.1 RC3 and every comment on my blog must be approved first.
But since WordPress 3.1 I get 2 emails for new comments, one to the author's
email address and one to the blog admin. And both emails land in my inbox :(

 

Has anyone else experienced this bug/feature?
