[wp-testers] Missing content in dashboard since 3.1 RC2

WP_DEBUG threw up some error messages from a plugin.
Since I can't get the list of plugins to disable it in the normal way
I deleted the plugin files.
The error messages no longer occur but my base problem is still there
 - no details on those admin pages.
