[wp-testers] page - author meta box

tested with twenty-ten theme no-plugins w/multisite, editing a page the author meta box enabled in the screen options, is not populating with any data to select an author, the meta box shows, just nothing populates in it when there is only 1 user

when there are multiple users in the database it does show dropdown with more users to choose from, otherwise with just 1 user it's just an empty author box without any dropdown selection available

this should still be a dropdown box there whether there are more then 1 user or not so that it doesn't appear empty
