[wp-testers] add_theme_support( 'post-thumbnails' )

On one hand, if the call to has_post_thumbnail() is in the Theme itself, it
is reasonable to expect the Theme also to add support properly for
post-thumbnails.
On the other hand, if you want to be obsessive-compulsively cautious about
not throwing that fatal error, add in a call to if ( current_theme_supports(
'post-thumbnails' ) ), which should prevent the fatal error.
But, again: why would a Theme make calls to "has_post_thumbnail() and
"the_post_thumbnail()" if it didn't intend to add support for Post
Thumbnails in the first place?
