[wp-testers] Draft Page appears in Menu

I have confirmed this, but not sure if it is a bug or not.  To make the
menu code run faster, it would be wise to assume that the maker of the menu
will only have links to valid pages.  I would doubt that anyone would want
the system to automatically change the menu for them.
