[wp-testers] Update Notification Anomaly

I always update them from the plugin page and I like to do my WP upgrades
via ftp instead of the auto one anyway. Some of my clients' sites can't do
the auto upgrade and I have to ftp those too. I have had a couple issues
trying to auto upgrade from the plugin page where the plugin doesn't unzip,
then I have to do it manually.

I get this weird problem also!
I personally like the 2.9 way of updating plugins, updating them from the
plugins page.
