[wp-testers] Behavior (bug) in "Edit" screen of custom post types

This is in build r14662.  Back in the build on 5-05-2010, the behavior was 
correct.
 
Something must have changed between those versions.

In the normal post edit screen there is a meta box on the right labeled 
"Categories". In that box are two tabs, i.e. "All Categories" and "Most 
Used".

In the custom post types edit screen of "Movies", for example, I have meta 

boxes on the right. One is labeled "Actors" and the two tabs in the box are 

"All Categories" and "Most Used".  Following the pattern in the post edit 
screen, the two tabs in the "Actors" meta box should be "All Actors" and 
"Most Used".
