[wp-testers] Fatal Error wpdb::get_blog_prefix in user.php line 431

Hi,

I upgraded to 3.0 beta-1 and ever since I'm unable to access the Updates
tab.  I get the following error when i try to access the update-core.php
page.

*Fatal error*: Call to undefined method wpdb::get_blog_prefix() in *
/home/XX/XX.com/wp-includes/user.php* on line *431*

*I also can no longer run the WordPress Beta Tester plugin, if I run it I
get the same error for the whole site.
