You can get the latest nightly build of WordPress 3.0 at http://wordpress.org/download/nightly/.  If you prefer to use SVN, use http://wordpress.org/download/svn/.

Please note that WordPress 3.0 is considered unstable and is not recommended for use on your live site.  Consider setting up a development installation
