[wp-testers] uploading jpgs to end of file

One other thing you can do before going that route would be to check the
error logs for your http server.  There may be a clue in there as to
what is causing the problem.  If there is an issue with the PHP it will
tell you there.

Hopefully that will have some helpful information.
