Agreed. it would be nice if hierarchy could be maintained when adding
pages/subpages to a menu. But I understand if that is too much to ask for in
the 3.0 release.

Also, it would be nice if the checkboxes for pages/categories were indented
to indicate hierarchy. Is that possible?
