[wp-testers] RC issue - upload.php 404 error

Do I need to put it in the trac or is that something you'll do after vetting my problem--I'm new to all this...

My bad, they're teh same except you removed the index.php portion at the top.

I think this should be a ticket now on the trac.   It appears to not be a 
web.config problem and I cannot duplicate it.  Might be something else with the other options.
