plugins *as well as* "Must-Use" plugins loaded from the `mu-plugins` =
directory. However, "Network Activate" is only available on WordPress =
installations using multisite.

Has anyone tried using Must-Use plugins with a WordPress 3.0 =
installation without a network?

Maybe I have missed something, but what happended with the "mu-plugins" =
?

Will there be a "ms-plugins"-folder that will have to be created =
manually or "mu-plugins" as before or will all plugins go into "plugin" =
folder?
