[wp-testers] Network Issue

I have VHOST off and the domain set to http:// for everwhere I can find, the
install is setup for subdirectories.

I fixed it with a htaccess direct for anything www. but Wordpress is still
definitely doing it - I set everything to http:// before I did the
installation, though.
